Dr. Mathew Anderson recently participated in the prestigious “Livery Collar” Presentation Ceremony in Panama. It was an honor for him to receive a medal at this significant event, which also celebrated His Excellency Julio Enrique Palacios Zambrano and Mr. Michel Capelo Portillo.
Special thanks were extended to His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt for presiding over the ceremony.
The event, held at the historic Hotel Central in Casco Antiguo, Panama City, was attended by distinguished guests including Her Excellency Ingrid Picado Monge, Ambassador of Costa Rica, and various notable figures from the region.
